This hotel provides great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms, especially those with a balcony and king-size bed, are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast, although limited in choice, offers tasty breads and coffee.
No major issues encountered.

An extremely good service by the staff. Nothing was asked to much to them. Extremely friendly and (although the communication did not always went fluently because they did speak poor english) they really did all to understand you and service you. Not often I had such a good experience in a tourist class hotel. The hotel is just in front of the beach, seperated by a road. Good view from the front rooms balconies and nearby all shops and so. Great food for low prices (even low for thailand!) ALl together great experience in this tourist class hotel.
For people who sleep "light" a front room can be too noisy due to the traffic (special in the weekend) on the street. People who expect a design hotel or 5* hotel.. This is not. Furthermore a great hotel that's real value for money!

The situation at the beachroad. Nice modern spacious room and internetfacilities. Good restaurant.
The showerwater could not be regulated. It was just one temperature. The use of fake flowers on the table and in the toilet. Breakfast a bit modest.

We had a wonderful stay with hotel facilities and a location that were perfect for us. Our room was roomy and airy with a big balcony that provided a great view of the beach. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset view and were pleased with the hotel's cleanliness. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always available to assist us with our needs. Additionally, we loved that the hotel was located directly across the street from a moderately used beach. We could also find parking nearby and transportation was readily available. The hotel's breakfast was also great and was sent to our room when we requested it.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Studio room with big balcony overseeing the beach. Roomy and airy. Nice for romantic couple who likes local style. Excellent location with many hotels and restaurants nearby. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast sent to the room was awesome. Immediate response when borrowing an iron. Food reheated upon request

This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite a moderately used section of beach, which is great for those looking for a beach holiday. the restaurant has a nice environment, and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. the rooms are clean and come with a large fridge, LCD HD TV and free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom is quite basic, lacking in some essentials such as hand towels and washcloths.

Nice weekend getaway, conveniently located across from the beach. Enjoyed the free daily drinking water and the free guest use computer. the balcony area on the second floor was a great place to chill and relax, with a cool breeze and shade from the sun.
Floors in the room were concrete and uncomfortable to walk on. the bed was too low and uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt.

Had a great weekend at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a convenience store nearby and the beach just across the road. We enjoyed trying some of the Thai cuisine offered by the hotel, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Another great feature was the option to rent motorbikes from the hotel for easy access to nearby attractions.
While the noise from the road and the beach wasn't too bad, it was noticeable at times. the free breakfast offered was a bit lacking, with only a croissant and two slices of toast.
